Return policy

These are our return conditions:

Registering a return

Email info@tieman.it with your order number and the reason for the return. You will receive instructions and the return address.

When an item qualifies

An item qualifies for return if it:

• is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging;
• is complete, including all parts and documentation;
• is registered within 14 days of delivery.

Not eligible

Excluded from return are:

• sterile products with a broken seal or opened packaging, for hygiene and safety reasons;
• products that have been used or damaged;
• items registered outside the return period.

Costs

We do not charge handling or restocking fees. The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

After receipt and inspection we refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method used for your order.

Damaged or defective

Did an item arrive damaged or incomplete? Report it right after delivery via info@tieman.it, preferably with a photo. We will send a replacement free of charge or issue a refund.
